Free delivery

Standard delivery is free on every order, to every country we ship to. The countries we ship to are shown at checkout.

Processing and dispatch

Orders are dispatched from Australia within 3 to 5 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). As soon as your order is on its way, we'll email you a tracking number.

Delivery times

After dispatch, delivery usually takes:

• Australia: 3 to 8 business days
• International: 10 to 20 business days

These are estimates, not guarantees. Remote areas, customs checks, peak periods and carrier delays can add time.

Customs, duties and taxes

Orders delivered outside Australia may be charged import duties, taxes or customs fees by the destination country. These charges are the customer's responsibility and are usually collected by the carrier on delivery. They're set by your country, so we can't predict them; please check your local rules before you order.

Delivery address

Please make sure your shipping address is complete and correct. If you notice a mistake, contact us through our contact form as soon as possible. We can change the address only before your order is dispatched.

Lost or damaged parcels

If your tracking hasn't moved for a while, or your parcel arrives damaged, contact us through our contact form with your order number. We'll work with the carrier and make it right.
